Banque Libano-Française received the Social Economic Award (SEA) for “Public Safety” in recognition of its humanitarian partnership with Kunhadi organization.
The award was handed over to the Bank on November 29, 2014, during a gala dinner at the Casino du Liban in the presence of economic and political figures. BLF, in turn, was pleased to offer this trophy to the vice-president of Kunhadi, Lena Gebrane in appreciation of her continuous efforts to raise road safety awareness.
The Social Economic Award event, organized by First Protocol, honors leading institutions in the socio-economic field for promoting social welfare and a better environment, creating employment offers, preserving Lebanon identity and heritage, and thus for having a positive impact on Lebanon.
This award is one of a series highlighting once again BLF commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility. The Bank had already received many prizes, including the Social Economic Award for “Individual Initiative” in 2011, the National Green Award in 2013, as well as an award for BLF outstanding contributions to Social Responsibility in the business community by the LIBNOR in 2014.
