In line with its commitment towards the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and particularly SDG 10 “Reduced Inequalities”, Banque Libano-Française (BLF) partnered with Injaz Lebanon, for the third year, to engaging its employees in a volunteering program to spread financial literacy and knowledge about banking, leadership, economics, entrepreneurship and digital marketing among young students.
Believing in the power of youth to stimulate their communities and build a brighter future, BLF employees have delivered more than 370 hours since 2017, reaching more than 1,000 students in 13 public schools and 6 universities across all regions.
“BLF has been one of the top volunteering partners of Injaz Lebanon for several years, and its employees have dedicated their time and expertise showing great commitment and professionalism,” said Samar Dani, Executive Director of Injaz Lebanon. “We’re very grateful for their support and belief in our mission to empower the youth”.
370 ساعة تدريب يقدّمها متطوعو البنك اللبناني الفرنسي لتلاميذ لبنانيين
تماشيًا مع التزامه بتحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة وتحديدًا الهدف العاشر وهو "الحدّ من أوجه عدم المساواة"، يتعاون البنك اللبناني الفرنسي، للسنة الثالثة، مع منظمة "إنجاز لبنان" لإشراك موظفيه في برنامج تطوعي يهدف إلى نشر الثقافة المالية والمعرفة على مستوى العمل المصرفي والقيادة والاقتصاد وريادة الأعمال والتسويق الرقمي بين التلاميذ.
وإيمانًا منه بعنصر الشباب وبقدرته على تغيير مجتمعاته وبناء مستقبل أفضل، أعطى موظفو البنك اللبناني الفرنسي 370 ساعة تدريب، منذ العام 2017، لأكثر من 1000 تلميذ في 13 مدرسة رسمية لبنانية و6 جامعات في مختلف المناطق.
وشرحت المديرة التنفيذية في "إنجاز لبنان"، سمر داني، قائلةً: "يُعتبر البنك اللبناني الفرنسي أحد أهم شركاء "إنجاز لبنان" المتطوعين منذ سنوات، وقد كرّس موظفو المصرف وقتهم وخبرتهم، فأظهروا التزامًا ومهنية عاليين". وأضافت: "نشكر المتطوعين على جهودهم وإيمانهم برسالتنا التي تهدف إلى تمكين الشباب".
