OUR MATERIALITY MATRIX

BLF identified, in 2013, the themes which are relevant for its CSR. These material topics were selected on the basis of the Bank's economic, environmental and social impacts, and substantive influence on the decisions of stakeholders. The materiality assessment was done internally by the ISO 26000 Committee and its two consultants, and then shared in 2014 for feedback with internal and external stakeholders through an online study.
