Banque Libano-Française (BLF) innovates again and launches a FinTech solution that allows its customers to track their outgoing payments through its user-friendly digital platforms: e-banking and My BLF mobile app.

Clients using the BLF digital interface can now check the step-by-step status of their transfers, including the execution dates and all fees and commissions charged by every correspondent in the chain.

"BLF has always been at the forefront of technological developments and through this new service, available via the BLF e-banking and Mobile app platforms, the Bank is enhancing its clients' digital experience and providing them with an advanced technological solution that facilitates their access to banking services and increases transparency", says Maurice Iskandar, BLF Assistant General Manager.

With technology changing at a rapid pace, BLF is accelerating its lead by streamlining processes, speeding up execution and creating greater proximity and flexibility for its clients and partners.

 
بفضل خدمة البنك اللبناني الفرنسي المصرفية الإلكترونية وتطبيق My BLF أصبح من الأسهل تتبّع تحويلاتكم عبر سلسلة التحويلات الدولية
 
للنشر الفوري – بيروت، 2 كانون الأول 2019. يستمرّ البنك اللبناني الفرنسي في الابتكار، لذا أطلق خدمة مالية جديدة FinTech تتيح للعملاء متابعة دفعاتهم الجارية من خلال منصّتين رقميّتين سهلتَي الاستعمال، هما الخدمة المصرفية الإلكترونية وتطبيق My BLF.
فقد أصبح بإمكان مستخدمي واجهة البنك اللبناني الفرنسي الرقمية متابعة مراحل تحويلاتهم خطوةً خطوة، بما في ذلك تاريخ إتمام العملية وكل الرسوم والعمولات التي قد يطلبها أي مصرف مراسل ضمن سلسلة المصارف المراسلة. 
 
ويشرح مساعد المدير العام في البنك اللبناني الفرنسي موريس اسكندر قائلًا: "لطالما كان البنك اللبناني الفرنسي رائداً من ناحية التطوير التكنولوجي. ومن خلال إنشاء هذه الخدمة الجديدة المتاحة على منصتيّ الخدمة المصرفية الإلكترونية والتطبيق الهاتفي My BLF، يستمرّ المصرف في تحسين تجربة العملاء وتقديم أحدث الحلول التكنولوجية لهم، والتي تسهّل وصولهم إلى الخدمات المصرفية وتعزّز الشفافية".
 
مع تغيّر التكنولوجيا بوتيرة سريعة، يعمل البنك اللبناني الفرنسي بدوره على تسريع إيقاع تطوّره من خلال تبسيط عملياته وتسهيل تنفيذها، وكذلك خلق المزيد من التقارب والمرونة في التعامل بينه وبين عملائه ومساهميه.
